Rural Immigration Mentorship for Immigration

A bit about the Rural Mentorship for Immigrantion:  The RMFI is a no cost, volunteer-based 16 week program (timing is flexible) designed to bring skilled newcomers living in rural communities in Southern Alberta together with professionals who share similar employment backgrounds. The overall goal for this program is to provide career-based mentorship that will aid an individual who is internationally trained and educated to penetrate the Canadian workforce. The mentees will benefit greatly from being matched with a mentor who has the same/similar work and educational background. Further, mentors benefit from gaining leadership skills as they guide the mentees through various topics.
